Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we can not modify an order if it was placed during a sale, during peak seasons, or over the weekend.

🛒 Can I change my order?

•Once your return has been received back into our warehouse by our lovely returns team an email will be sent with all your store credit details, please double-check your spam/junk folders as sometimes filters can send your store credit email here.

•Place your order per normal, and proceed to the "Checkout" screen.

•Paste the discount code in the "Gift Voucher or Discount Code" box to deduct the amount.

•For mobile purchases, click order summary. A discount code box should appear.

•If you have lost your store credit or have any issues please contact our customer service team at info@saltycrush.com.

💳 How can I use my store credit?

• To redeem your points your order total needs to be a minimum of $100AUD.

 • Please ensure you are logged into your rewards account by selecting the 'Crown Icon' from the top/side menu.

• You can now select 'Redeem Now' and a pop-up on your screen will appear with your current point balance and the option to redeem a reward coupon.

• Simply select 'Redeem' and you can now select which voucher you would like to redeem. 

•After selecting the desired coupon this can now be applied directly to checkout.

•Once redeemed your coupon will appear in 'Your Rewards'.
