Which countries do you ship to?

If your order hasn&apos;t arrived in the estimated delivery timeframe via your tracking number, there are a few things you can do:&#xA0;<ul><li style="font-family: Inter; font-size: 14px;">Double-check that your delivery address and details are correct by referring to your email address confirmation of your order.&#xA0;</li><li style="font-family: Inter; font-size: 14px;">Check your tracking number sent to the email associated with your order as the estimated delivery time can change if there are expected delays in your area or country.&#xA0;</li><li style="font-family: Inter; font-size: 14px;">Check to see if you have an attempted delivery card from our carrier. If the tracking says delivered though there is no card left it stall may be at the local post office awaiting collection. This can also be seen via your tracking number.&#xA0;</li><li style="font-family: Inter; font-size: 14px;">Look in any safe areas where the driver may have left your parcel, such as behind pot plants or bins, or in a shed, garage or porch. How can I track my order?

During peak sales such as sitewide sales (inc Black Friday), flash sales, Christmas trading and public holidays orders will take 2-7 business days to be processed and dispatched.&#xA0;Delivery times and schedules do vary depending on the delivery zones and destination. Delivery time frames are set by Australia Post and exclude our processing times and customs processing times if applicable.&#xA0;

How long until my order is dispatched?

We ship from Sydney, NSW Australia from Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are processed Monday to Frida (excluding public holidays), so if you place an order after 2pm AEST on Friday this won&apos;t be packed until the following Monday (or next business day).

Do you ship orders on weekends?

Unfortunately, due to OH&amp;S regulations, we are unable to have the general public in our warehouse.&#xA0;If you need your order by a specific date we highly recommend placing your order before 2 PM Monday to Friday and choosing Express as the shipping option when completing your order (AU ONLY).

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
