We aim to pick, pack and ship all orders the same day if your order is placed before 2:00 PM AEST.
Any orders placed after this time or on a public holiday will be picked, packed and shipped on the following business day.

If you have placed an order during a sale, during peak seasons, or over the weekend, please allow us some extra time to have your order shipped (due to the high volume of orders we receive during these times).
If you need your order urgently, we recommend selecting express postage at the checkout when placing your order.
Delivery times and schedules do vary depending on the delivery zones and destination. Delivery time frames are set by Australia Post and exclude our processing times and customs processing times if applicable.
