Currently, if your Club Crush Rewards account has no points activity for 12 months, your points will expire. To keep your points active, simply continue earning or redeeming points within this period.

Remember to log in to your Club Crush account when placing an order so you can earn your points.

Important update: From 29 September 2026, points will expire 3 months after your most recent points activity.

Points activity includes earning or redeeming points through any of the eligible activities listed below:

Each time you complete an eligible points activity, your expiry date will reset. Your points will then remain valid for 3 months from the date of your latest points activity.

Don’t worry, we’ll send you reminders before your points are due to expire, giving you time to use them.
