What is changing with Club Crush points?

From 29 September 2026, points will expire 3 months after your most recent points activity. This is changing from the current 12 month points expiry window. 

Points activity includes earning or redeeming points through any of the eligible activities listed below:

Each time you complete an eligible points activity, your expiry date will reset. Your points will then remain valid for 3 months from the date of your latest points activity.

Don’t worry, we’ll send you reminders before your points are due to expire, giving you time to use them.

When does the new points expiry period start?

The change will take effect from 29 September 2026.

From this date, Club Crush points will be subject to the new 3-month expiry period.

What happens to the points I already have?

Don’t worry – you won’t lose your existing points without notice.

From 29 September 2026, your existing points will have 3 months to be redeemed, giving you until 29 December 2026 to use them before they expire.

Will you remind me before my points expire?

Yes! We’ll send you reminders before your points are due to expire, so you have the opportunity to redeem them before they’re gone.

We recommend keeping your email subscription active and making sure your contact details are up to date so you don’t miss your Club Crush updates.

How do I use my points?

Log into your Salty Crush account to view your current Club Crush points balance and available rewards.

Once you have enough points for a reward, you can redeem them and use your reward on an eligible purchase.

Why are you changing the points expiry period?

We’re updating Club Crush to encourage members to enjoy their rewards more regularly and make the most of the points they earn.

We’ll continue to keep you updated about your points balance and let you know when points are approaching their expiry date.
