I can't redeem my Crush Points at checkout — why not?Updated 16 hours ago

If you're having trouble redeeming your Crush Points, here are a few things to check:

1. You have sale or final sale styles in your cart
   Crush Points can only be used on full-priced items. If your cart includes marked-down or final sale styles, the discount won’t apply.

2. Your cart total is under $100
   To redeem Crush Points, the total of full-priced styles in your cart must be $100 or more (excluding shipping, sale items and shipping insurance).

3. Your total is over $100, but includes sale styles
   Even if your cart total is over $100, Crush Points will only apply if that total is made up of full-priced styles only.

🛍️ Tip: Try removing any sale items from your cart and make sure your full-priced item total is $100+ to unlock your points.
