What is a Make-Up or Stain Penalty?Updated 2 months ago

A make-up or stain penalty is applied after your return has been received in the warehouse and there are visible stains that render the garment unsellable and unable to be returned to our suppliers. 

We list in our eligibility requirements that items are not to be returned to us with any make-up, fake tan, food stains, pet hair or smells of perfume/washing powder. They must be returned in their original condition. 

Our returns team will contact you via email once receiving the return and you will be given 2 options, to receive the item back to you at your own cost, or we can issue your store credit and a penalty of 50% will be applied for the returned damaged garment.
