Club Crush Discount Codes Used On Orders

If you return an order where a Club Crush discount coupon was used, the discount coupon cannot be reinstated or reused once it has been redeemed. Any refund or return will be processed based on the amount paid after the discount was applied.

Crush Points Earned On Returned Orders

If your order is refunded, partially refunded, voided, or returned for a credit note, any Club Crush points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.

If you receive a credit note for your return, don't worry - you'll have the opportunity to earn those points again when you use your credit note to place a new order.
