I received an incorrect item/faulty item/there is a missing item from my orderUpdated 4 months ago

We're so sorry to hear this has happened! We work hard to ensure all garments and orders are checked thoroughly before dispatch but there are rare occurrences of human error. 

For Faulty Item/s: 

Please email our lovely customer service team at [email protected] with the subject line "FAULTY" and include your order number, the name of the faulty item and images of the fault.

For Incorrect Item/s:

Please email our lovely customer service team at [email protected] with the subject line "INCORRECT ITEM" and include your order number, the name of the incorrect item, the name of the correct item on your order and images of the item you have received.  

For Missing Item/s:

Please email our lovely customer service team at [email protected] with the subject line "MISSING ITEM" and include your order number, the name of the item missing and an image of all items received in your parcel.

 We will do everything we can to assist you with a solution to the error/s listed above.
