I forgot to apply my discount code, can you help?Updated 2 months ago

If you forgot to enter your discount code at the checkout, we are happy to apply the code manually to your order and refund the discount value to your payment method. 

Please email our lovely customer service team at [email protected] with the subject line 'APPLY DISCOUNT CODE' and include your order number and the unique discount code. 

We cannot apply promotional codes outside of their promotional dates. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund value to process back to your payment method.
