RETURNS WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
Please process your return through our free returns portal linked below provided all terms and conditions are met for eligibility:
Item/s must meet the below requirements to be eligible to be returned:
- The item is returned within 21 days from the delivery date. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you can return items within this time frame.
- Please be careful when trying on items for the first time as we do not accept any items that have deodorant, in-scents or perfume smells, make-up, fake tan stains, pet fur, or any marks at all and they will be shipped back to you (at your expense) once received and inspected.
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn (not worn for longer than trying the garment/s on), unaltered, unwashed, and with their tags attached.
Please note: Only one return label per order, we kindly ask you to ensure you are 100% happy with your garments before returning any item/s to us. If you would like to return another item from the same order number after your initial return, this will be at your own expense.
PLEASE NOTE DUE TO OH&S REGULATIONS WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE IN-PERSON RETURNS TO OUR WAREHOUSE.

Pre-Paid Label via our Portal
You can return items via our portal here for store credit only. All international pre-paid returns are a set fee of USD 9.95 which is deducted from your store credit. You are eligible to return items within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your store credit to be issued from its arrival in our warehouse.
Once you receive your return label, please book a collection or visit your nearest DHL drop-off point to send your items back to us.
Self-Postage Returns
Return your items at your own cost, with the shipper of your choice. All returns are processed as a store credit only. You are eligible to return items within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

*Please note that if you have paid duties as a part of your order, these are paid to your local government and not to Salty Crush. This means we are unable to refund any duties charged if a return is made. You can apply to your local government for reimbursement.
