Yes, absolutely. 

Please ensure you ask your lovely friend/family member/partner who gave you the gift for the Order Number and their email address so you can fill in our returns portal with the correct information. 

Please also include the following:

1. A note inside the parcel with your email address so the store credit can be issued to you directly when our returns team process the return. 

2. Please also include on your note that it was a gift, along with the Name on the order and the Order Number.
