Can I exchange an item from my order?Updated 2 months ago

Unfortunately, we do not have the facilities to exchange sizes or hold items due to the risk of creating a discrepancy in our system. We recommend returning the item using our returns portal and using the provided store credit to purchase the new size or any other item you prefer.

If you are worried about the replacement item selling out before we receive your return- you can purchase it now and we will provide you with a refund instead of a store voucher once we receive the return in the warehouse (as you have already technically purchased the replacement). Please email us before your return so we can inform the returns team of the situation as we don’t usually offer refunds. You are of course also welcome to wait for us to receive your return and provide you with a voucher for you to purchase your replacement.
