Our superstar team are pretty fast with dispatching orders, so you only have a small time frame to amend your order.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please email our lovely customer service team at [email protected] with
the subject line 'URGENT' and include your order number and the specific details of the changes you'd like to make.
We will do everything in our power to make these changes before your items are shipped, but there is no guarantee!
*PLEASE NOTE: We can not adjust any orders during Flash Sales, Promotions, orders placed during the weekend, or our
busy periods.
If an item or order is cancelled, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund value to process back to your payment method.
Our store credits will be available to use immediately.
If your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we can not make changes to your order.
